We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to work with our Aftersales Team.
This Person will be responsible for resolving customer issues/queries received over the phone/email/Chat and supporting the after-sales team.
Develop a culture of customer satisfaction through timely and thorough handling of Queries and complaints. Works in a fast-paced environment to address customer issues submitted via telephone, email, or live chat.
The selected candidate will have an opportunity to display exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to assist our customers.
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of Cruise/Travel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cruise Product Executive, Based from home, this role will see the successful candidate managing cruise lines accounts , managing allocation systems, researching new product areas and proactively sourcing and setting up of special offers.

Role of Travel Product Executive:
- Liaise with suppliers to source long haul, luxury travel deals
- Manage product allocation systems
- On-going competitor analysis of product and price
- Attend supplier operator meetings and training sessions
- Research into new travel products
- Proactive sourcing and set up of special offers
- Work alongside the marketing team to ensure cruise deals are advertised correctly
- Communicate travel campaigns to sales team
- Assisting Product Manager with ad hoc duties
Skills required for the role:
- Previous product/commercial experience gained within the travel sector - essential
- Good understanding of long haul, luxury travel destinations
- Commercially aware with a keen eye for a good deal
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Flexible and supportive approach to colleagues
